With everyone’s spending power being stretched at the moment we’ve launched a new loyalty card scheme to help your budgets stretch further.
Available across our chain of more than 140 charity shops throughout the UK, the new ‘re:ward’ card offers shoppers the chance to earn up to £15 worth of rewards for shopping and donating.
The re:ward card is a free, double-sided loyalty card that rewards you each time you spend £5 in the shop or a make a donation of unwanted items using one of our reuseable ‘re:bags’.
Each time you spend £5 in-store, one side of the re:ward card, entitled 're:visit' will be stamped, with 10 stamps entitling you to a £5 credit to spend in-store.
On the other side of the card is the reward scheme for donations to the store, which works in conjunction with our re:bag – a reusable black, white and red bag that can be bought in-store for just 99p. Each time a re:bag is brought into one of our stores full of donations, a stamp to the value of £2 will be given. You can redeem a £2 stamp straightaway, or save up the stamps to spend together, with each card having space for up to 5 re:bag credits.
There is no limit to how many re:ward cards you can complete and no paperwork to fill out, you can simply pick a card up in-store and present it to a team member to receive your stamps.
So what are you waiting for? Visit your nearest store and pick one up now!

Q&As
Q1: How does this work with the existing re:bag? A: Each time a re:bag is brought into one of our stores full of saleable donations, a stamp to the value of £2 will be given, replacing the current system of issuing £2 vouchers. You can redeem a £2 stamp straightaway, or save up the stamps to spend together, with each card having space for up to 5 re:bag credits. If you already have a re:bag you can keep on using it – there’s no need to buy a new one.
Q2: How many re:ward cards can I complete? A: There is no limit to how many re:ward cards you can complete and no paperwork to fill out, you can simply pick a card up in-store and present it to a team member to receive your stamps. When you’ve finished one, simply pick up another one.
Q3: If I spend more than £5 in one transaction can I earn more than 1 stamp? A: Yes, if you spend £10 you would earn 2 stamps; £15 would earn 3 stamps, and so on. The maximum stamps earned in any single transaction is 10.
Q4: If I spend £50 in one transaction, can I get my £5 reward immediately? A: You would be entitled to all 10 stamps at once but you cannot redeem your £5 credit against the same transaction. You would need to redeem against your next purchase.
Q5: Can I spend my store credit on items that cost less that the value of the credit? A: Yes, but there will be no change given.
Q6: Are there any products I cannot redeem my rewards against? A: We cannot accept re:ward credit for purchases of furniture, sale items or special promotions, or brand new goods such as our re:bags, and you cannot earn stamps against these purchases either. Ask in-store if you’re unsure.
Q7: How does the scheme help The Salvation Army? A: We’ve worked out that each re:bag that we receive full of donations is worth, on average, around £20. For The Salvation Army, this could help provide a week’s support for a rough sleeper, a day’s vocational training at a Salvation Army day centre for 10 people to help them pursue new careers, or a much needed box of food for a family struggling with poverty at Christmas. Profit from our shops is gift-aided to The Salvation Army to help fund its valuable work in the UK and Republic of Ireland, so whether you’re donating or shopping with us, you’re helping to raise vital funds.
