Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd operates a chain of more than 150 charity shops throughout the UK, with further openings planned across England and Scotland in the future.

Go behind the scenes at the opening of our first ever furniture only store in Luton, which was also our 150th UK charity shop - March 2013.

Our shops sell mainly second hand goods donated by the public.  When visiting them you will find bargains and collectables plus an eclectic mix of fashions, bric a brac and other household items. From retro fashion to CDs and DVDs, bestseller books to computer games, there’s a bargain in store for everyone as well as the opportunity to save some money and support a worthwhile cause, as profit from our shops is gift-aided to The Salvation Army.
