We now have an exhibition unit that is available for our local authority and commercial partners to use at road shows and other local events throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland.
Events could include:
• Recycling appeals at supermarkets or shopping centres
• Local and regional agricultural shows
• Recycling and environmental events
The new purpose built unit, which is free to use, is towed behind a SATCoL branded van and can be jointly branded with a partner’s logo. The unit is manned by our expert team and enables us to travel all over the UK to meet members of the public and communicate important messages about the benefits of recycling their old clothes. It also allows us to collect textiles or clothing donations from visitors, diverting them from landfill and raising money for The Salvation Army.
We can provide free press office support to highlight the event to your local media and, if required, provide feedback on the amount of clothing collected so it can be included in recycling targets.
